Exchange Period:

• You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or replacement for your product. This period is counted in calendar days from the moment you receive the merchandise.

Conditions for Exchange:

• The item must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, without any signs of use.
• The jewelry must be accompanied by The Berries Certificate of Guarantee, which contains the receipt number and the guarantee certificate.

• The exchange can be made for another item of equal value, as per the customer's choice, or as partial payment towards an item of greater value than the one being exchanged.
• We do not provide refunds, either in full or in part.
• If you received any gifts with the products, they should also be returned in case of an exchange.
• Damaged products or those showing signs of misuse will not be replaced.

Exchange Restrictions:

• We do not allow the exchange of custom-made jewelry or jewelry that has undergone alterations, engravings, and/or modifications at any point.
